How It Works
- Choose Your Share & Deposit: Secure your share with a deposit. (Total for 1/4 share: $400)
- Processing & Payment: Animal processing occurs on June 2nd, at which time the remaining balance is due ($1000 for a 1/4 share).
- Delivery/Pickup: Expect your order to be ready for delivery or pickup approximately 10-14 days after processing. We will communicate during this time to ensure a smooth fulfillment.

1/4 Beef is all boneless cuts- reach out for custom orders if you would like Custom cuts.
Customize Your Cuts (Half/Whole Shares): For Half or Whole beef shares with immediate delivery, we can tailor the cuts to your family's preferences. For Quarter shares any of these select cuts can be included in ground if not desired. This will happen when pre-order is complete.
